The Kemah Boardwalk, the military service and the City of Kemah will celebrate and honor our nation’s heroes through a weekend of entertainment, exhibits and fun for everyone. “We are proud to honor our armed forces and salute the brave service that they have provided our country,” said Mark Kane, director of Landry’s theme park division. “The Boardwalk is once again eager to host area residents and visitors as they recognize and commemorate the men and women who dedicate their lives to protect us.” Throughout the weekend, the Boardwalk will be transformed into a walking tour of the United States Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. Active military members, veterans and their families will receive special discounts at all Boardwalk outlets. Boardwalk visitors will experience static displays, interactive tours and various demonstrations of our country’s military branches and their equipment.
