Runners, students and families participate in a fundraising 5K and one-mile run for Anjelica Beltran, a sixth grader at Cryar Intermediate School who is fighting Ewing’s sarcoma, a rare bone cancer, at the Barbara Pierce Bush Elementary School in The Woodlands Sunday. Proceeds from the event will go toward Beltran’s medical expenses and a car needed for transportation to and from the hospital.
