Torah Scroll Dedication

The synagogue plans to use the Torah scroll containing the five books of Moses and 304,808 handwritten letters for ritual use. The event began at the home of Rabbi Mendel Blecher, director of Chabad of The Woodlands, where the last letters of the Torah scroll were written and dried. Participants then walked with the Torah scroll to Chabad of The Woodlands to continue the ceremony and enjoy music and a buffet.
